The Autocrimp 8.25 Pro composite swager is ideal for crimping composite tube and hose, and particularly popular for automotive hose equipment assembly needs.
Designed with the performance and versatility required for intensive OEM environments, it can be supplied as a standalone crimping machine. Or, if you prefer it can be configured for integration into a fully automated production line.
For a fully integrated swaging configuration ask about ordering the head only.
It offers a crimp range of 0.157 – 1.575” (4 – 40mm) it offers 20 t of crimp force and rapid cycle times.
Special die sets are available on request. Plus, if you’re looking for this performance but with wider crimp range let us know and we can discuss other options.
