HOW CAN I GET THE BEST PERFORMANCE OUT OF MY MACHINE?
Make sure you grease your machine on a regular basis as per the manual and be sure to keep the machine in a clean area. We can fit a TECH’CARE box to any Techmaflex swaging machine which will make you aware when it is due a service or needs greasing.
WHAT TYPE OF GREASE SHOULD I USE?
For best results, use Molycote Grease for all bench swagers/crimpers. It is designed especially for swaging equipment and is available in stock as a spray or cartridge.
Remember to remove the foam pad and spray in the exposed area as per the manual.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MACHINE I NEED?

ARE THERE OTHER DIE SETS OTHER THAN THE ONES THAT CAME WITH MY MACHINE?
Yes, we stock dies from 4mm up to 180mm and can produce special dies within 10-14days for all Techmaflex and FinnPower machines.
I NEED TO CRIMP LARGER HOSES THAN MY MACHINE IS CAPABLE OF. WHAT CAN I DO?
We can part exchange any hose assembly machinery and it does not have to be like for like. We can also hire you with a machine for a certain period to enable you to complete the job.
MY MACHINE NEEDS REPAIRING. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can send your machine back to our workshop for repair or one of our engineers can repair it at your premises. If we cannot fix your machine on-site, we can loan you with a machine to keep downtime to a minimal. HOW DO I KNOW MY MACHINE IS ACCURATE?
When we service machines we can also calibrate it on-site and issue you with a calibration certificate. It is advisable to calibrate your machine at least every 12months when your calibration certificate expires.
You can also check your swaging is internally accurate at all times with Go No Go Gauges. They are available in stock from 1.1/4″ up to 2″.
