The XL Crimp 550-16 is a unique and powerful performance swager. Ideal for large bore tubes, it’s 200mm master die length and opening of 660mm provide the capabilities which aren’t available anywhere else in the market.
Its ergonomic low working height will suit demanding applications, such as the crimping of large bore tubes and pipes up to 16”.
Easy to use, delivering 550 tons of crimp force with accuracy accurately and safely. It comes with electric foot switch, interactive computer-controlled screen display, hose support and die storage.
Available with intermediate dies 370/230 and 230/120 and separate powerpack, but without die sets.
The original model of its type, with easy die set-up. Add more versatility with smart optional extras, like the L-crimp quality control system for OEM environments and Intermediate dies 130/80mm.
