DESCRIPTION

The Clean Seal System is an innovative piece of engineering which enables production environments to seal multiple hose assemblies simultaneously.
It heat-shrinks an Ultra Clean Seal Capsule tightly around the assembly preventing any contamination falling into the hose. The capsules simply drop over the fitting and then it is pushed into the unit for sealing. A process that takes about two seconds with the durable PVC capsule able to shrink up to 30% so that multiple hose sizes can be sealed at the same time.
Ideal for OEM environments, it can seal most hose ad tube endings from ¼ to 2”, with a 24/7 operating capacity. The production model comes with a heat guard to safeguard the operator from touching the hot surface. It also vents to the rear of the machine to remove exhausts away from the operator.
